Start with $100, all methods of making money are removed.
This includes all econ jokers, all end of round money, interest, temperance and hermit, any way of getting enhanced or sealed cards (because of lucky and gold) and immolate. A test version I created also set the sell value of all cards to 0, but that might not be necessary.
The idea is that you have to preserve your initial $100 to last you the entire run, since there's no way of getting more of it.
