Maybe just "Lucky Joker", a Jimbo with the look of Lucky Cards, maybe only appearing if lucky cards are in your deck. Even though it doesn't have anything todo with playing Lucky Cards

Isn't this just worse than 8-ball? I mean, you have 4 base hands and 4 base 8s in a deck, and the number of hands you can get is only 2 extra. The 8s can copy them, up 7s, or just add more 8s
