What about this, jokers and joker related items do not appear in the shop. Start with an eternal baseball card and gain a random negative uncommon joker every ante.

Keeping the hand 1/discard? Since now I need to beat Boss Blind to start having multi, but get tarot/planets is easier, so maybe isn't too hard pass first ante

No, only with requirements listed, you would still get normal hands and such, this also means no polychrome on the baseball card.

What I would say is... instead of banning all other Jokers, make the Joker slot 1/1

You could do that as a balancing decision if the challenge is too easy, it would make things significantly harder due to shop bloat.

Basically gives you all the ectos and Econ you need to hunt Uncommons

That ding ding ding from the Baseball is so satisfying
