exodia jokers are part of the unwritten rules
it also seems boring to have a joker do nothing if its not with another joker
also unfun since youre basically dedicating your econ to gambling for specific jokers
Like, the phrase "no joker exodia" exists in the guidelines for making jokers
Sure, make Jokers with synergy, but they also need to be useful as a Standalone joker

pareidolia and oops are combo jokers but also their synergies are not hard to find
also note that they improve already fine standalone jokers rsther than those jokers needing them

everyone is saying that exodia jokers are bad, but I think it's fair to actually go into why they're bad, aside from "Localthunk said no"
exodia jokers kind of go against how jokers are set up in this game. Jokers are effectively your main source of power and playstyle variety. Even basic jokers have different uses, and since you only have 5 joker slots*, you need to be picky and clever with what you choose to cut.
By including 5 jokers that only serve to make exodia, then in order to get it, players would need to give up more and more of their jokers as they get closer to exodia, making them weaker.
In order to get it, you'd need to beat the blind before you get it. The blind where you effectively have 1 joker slot. If you manage to beat that blind, then you clearly don't need exodia.
i mean i also dont like jokers which have no effect unless you have 1 or 2 specific jokers
and exodia jokers would be thay
it doesnt seem very fun to see a dud joker youd need 4 other dud jokers to make good
