By discarding a royal flush with the ante 2 Bean, you unlock Brainstorm just in time to purchase it plus Sun/Midas Mask in the ante 2 shop with the help of the Hermit in the pack. Use Sun on the debuffed diamonds to have an entire deck of gold face cards. Grab the purple seal and Sixth Sense for ante 3, and later the negative Blue Joker and Hallucination. I duplicated a gold purple seal king of hearts throughout the first 8 antes for econ. I was able to consistently play straight flushes by ante 4, just in time to grab Seance, which eventually gave me a Deja Vu. There's a Stencil in ante 4 for scoring, and later a Baseball Card in ante 5 and a Baron in the same ante. There is also a golden ticket in ante 6 if you've met the unlock requirement, which is the main source of money before ante 9. By using the Heiroglyph to go back to ante 5 and then opening up every standard pack, there is a polychrome king of hearts. I eventually made this steel/red seal for scoring.

For this to work on red deck, you'll need to use the Crimson Bean in ante 8. Reroll until getting a Mail-in Rebate, then reroll in the next two shops until they're roughly 30 dollars (assuming every available voucher is purchased). This should yield both a Burglar and Turtle Bean. After selling all but Burglar/Brainstorm/Baron/Bean, the boss immediately debuffed Baron. Using the 10 total hands I had, I got +25 hand size. From here, it's a matter of picking up the right jokers and making money. Scoring can get a little dicey after ante 16 without multiple red seal steel kings, so I started duplicating them then. The key is a polychrome Sixth Sense in ante 11 and later a naturally negative Sixth Sense in ante 19. By hoarding sixes, I was able to generate and use ectoplasms. There's a voucher skip tag in ante 21, which is how I was able to unlock Antimatter.

Within the first 250 shop queues:
Colas are in ante 8, 13, 17, 18 (2), 19, and 20. Blueprints in ante 10 (good luck affording it though), 12, 13, 18, and 23. Showmans in ante 10 (very expensive, I wouldn't bother), 13, 14, 15, 20 (mine was holo), 25 via the Buffoon Pack, 29, 30, and 31. I also found one in ante 19 as a replacement for a joker I didn't have. Brainstorms in ante 2 (sold for the ante 8 boss), 12, 13, 14, 15, 19 (2), 22, 23, 24 (2), 25, 26, 29 (2), 31 (2). DNAs in ante 16, 26, 28, 29, 31 (2), 32, though I found one in ante 24 as well. There is a Mime in ante 10, but a cheaper one as well in ante 12.

The first Wheel gave me a foil joker, which can be used to potentially prevent a joker from being hit with Ectoplasm. The optimal number of Ectoplasm hits is 5, including the one found in the ante 10 Spectral Pack. Without Showman, hoard spectral cards to prevent duplicates and increase odds. I did this on the Switch, though I'm sure it's possible on all platforms.
