3oak is super simple to work for and it being a consistent to do list is pretty strong
to do list is balanced because youre not getting max value every round

Cap it at once per round, also the #oak arent a very good hand, theres like one joker that is actually useful for three of a kind

3oak is an easy to fix for hand with good scaling for the effort its good even if just as a transition hand to 4 of a kind
