If you don't know:

everytime a boss blind is defeated, theres a 1 in 2 chance that abraham lincoln can pop on screen and start reading the gettysburgh adress. (1 in 2 chance can be changed by oops all 6's)

I think this is rather unbalanced and should be nerfed. The main issue here is that OA6 causes the chance to be guaranteed, which upsets the balance of the game and causes weird interactions with joker w bush. I think the best way to fix this would be to either change it to a 1 in 3 chance or a 947 in 2838 chance. Let me know your thoughts on how abrhams lincon can be improved!

Yeah, I feel like this is a good way to balance it, adding some risk and reward to abhram licnlo strats by adding the possibility of psychological damage
