Haven't had this happen before, as the title says, I had just copied a glass card and right before playing a 5oak hand decided to sell empress, and out of nowhere the glass became debuffed.
I'm on a Samsung a55 and ui8. (Not sure if this has something to do)

The card gets debuffed because it has technically already been played. DNA makes an exact copy, so it will get debuffed.
I assume that the boss ability check is run slightly before you actually get the new cards, and using/selling a tarot (among other things) would re-run that check and correctly flag the cards.
It’s almost certainly another case of a check/flag being run before it should but I can’t say for certain.
This bug is more to do with the sequence of events, not the actual act of debuffing.
