Original Reference: Pulling back a rubber band to store elastic potential energy in it. Some of it's energy is lost when released, hence the 0.85x modifier. It can also break if you pull it too much, hence the destruction condition.

The breaking part is pr unnecessary

Itd take 4 5-card hands and a 3 card hand to break this (46/2 = 23 played cards); id change it to scale off [score] and not [play] to make breaking more plausible (plus making it punish HC and Pair spam; since they only gain 2/4 mult and not 10,) and give it more synergies
