This is a bit of a weird idea, but it might work. Thematically, the song mentions "don't you come back". What if Hit the road also specified "discarded jacks are returned to deck". It still wouldn't be very good, but with deckfixing or thinning would have a lot more potential.

It makes it so that playing and discarding increases the rate at which jacks appear. While every other rank diminishes, jacks remain constant.

Trading card does have two effects, but the game tends to view destroying cards as a downside (for some reason)
