If hand consists of only scoring Kings and Queens, add a Jack to your deck

For the suit make it random between the Kings and Queens scored. A pair with a King of Hearts and Queen of Spades will give a Jack of either Hearts or Spades.

I like it because I feel like Jacks need something to make them good but I don't know how to feel about this idea in itself

this doesn't make jacks good, it just makes more
and at the price of a diffcult to make hand
and at the point where it becomes easy to make (a lot of deck fixing for more kings and queens) you're better off not adding jacks to your deck anyways

Scary face, smiley face, photograph, many ways to make these good. The hand would be difficult to make because you can add an essentially free card to your deck for playing it. Jacks are great cards already because they are more flexible for straights. Add Kings and Queens to your deck through standard boosters and then get a bunch of jacks to play a face deck

If you play towards face cards the best goal to aim for is to make your whole deck one specific face, either queen, king or jack, not all of them. That's why I think this is missing the mark.
If you already have a ton of kings and a few queens (which you can strength into kings) you don't want more jacks
If you already have a ton of queens and a few kings, you want to get rid of the kings, and econ is an easier way to make more queens than this joker plus strength

face builds are generally just photochad and econ jokers

and of those econ joker reserved likes higher face card chances but midas doesnt

well doesnt want bigger decks since you wanna draw your gold
