You are literally destroying 4 10s with this and gaining $4. It is a pair, so contains a ten just means pair 10s. It is scoring cards so it's just the 10s too. And you have to dig enough to pull them even as you only have 2 left. 6th sense is better and it is not even close to trading card.

What about, "if played hand contains a 10, destroy the ten and one other card". That way you get really strong deck thinning but you need to fuel it with 10s.
