Hello people, I am here to share my suggestions i've come up with. Keep in mind that these are purely hypothetical and likely underpowered or overpowered.

I play Balatro very casually, i've messed around with the cryptid mod a few times and its fun, but not quite what im looking for. I've noticed that stone cards dont get a lot of recognition or use (to my knowledge) and i've come up with my own ideas to give these cards their own use, including a few jokers!

Joker 1, The Dodo. (Uncommon)
Effect: When a STONE card is played, destroy it and gain 0.2x mult.

Joker 2, Pickaxe (Rare/Uncommon)
Effect: 1/3 chance for each STONE card held in hand after scoring, to trigger one of the following 3 effects:
Sapphire: +100 chips
Ruby: x2 mult
Emerald: +$5

Joker 3, Medusa (Rare)
Effect: Played Face cards become STONE cards.

Joker 4, Archeologist
Effect: Played STONE cards gain a gold seal.

These are my joker ideas, just trying to give stone cards the recognition that i think they deserve.

Geode Packs, A new type of Pack that can show up in shops

Geode Packs (2 in basic packs, 4 in jumbo packs, like spectral packs)

Ruby Heart: Every Heart card in your deck gains +N chips, where N = number of heart cards in your deck.

Obsidian: Same effect but for clubs.

Opal: Same for spades

Topaz: Same for Diamonds

Sardonyx: +$2 for every $4 currently held (Max of $50)

Beryl: Add a gold seal to one joker

Basalt: +4 chips to all hand types

Nanderite: +4 mult to all hand types

Sardius: Turns all current held consumables negative

Chalcedony: Converts up to 3 chosen cards into stone cards.

Bedrock: Add 1 stone card for every 2 currently in your deck
