- this is basically all the API does (draw loyalty and add buttons)
- kinos API mods are called blockbuster

slight update: added support for string costs (which do nothing, so you can choose what they do) and also disabling the loyalty drawstep. will probably add custom atlas support for that

i made it so the costs table can also be a function so you can do flipwalkers probably now
