The Russian Roulette joker is a risky option to gain economy fast, with the caveat of ending your run prematurely.

At the end of a round, when the 1 in 6 effect is successful, this joker will display "BANG!" with the sound of a gun firing, prompting an immediate Game Over screen. Otherwise, this joker will display "Click!", and you will be rewarded with $15 at the end of the round.

The artwork for Russian Roulette resembles a .37 Magnum pistol, pointed almost directly at the camera, with one bullet visible in the chamber.

Synergies

If Russian Roulette fires, and Mr. Bones is present, Mr. Bones will self-destruct and "take the hit" for you, saving the run. However, continuing to own Russian Roulette afterwards will only delay the inevitable chance of losing the run, unless another copy of Mr. Bones is picked up, or the joker is sold.

Anti-Synergies

Oops! All 6s will increase the chance of Russian Roulette triggering to 2 in 6, which is a detrimental risk of losing the run. It is not recommended to own these two jokers at the same time.

Compared to cavendish going extinct which can possibly end a run vs something that absolutely will. I think there’s less comedic value in taking this.

Yeah, but bloodstone rolls 1/2 5 times across 4 hands, so it can brick, but it isn't quite so consequential and dramatic.

Instead of the game ending outright, it should destroy your most expensive joker. That way, it can simulate losing the run by potentially getting rid of your best joker but there's still some counterplay
