Assuming you play 1 5oak of sevens every round, use mr. Bones and both "-ante" coupons, and using the dice you can get this to 182/100, but I feel as though 60$ ain't worth all that.

I like the concept of a joker that has a chance based effect that you can increase the odds of by doing a specific action (such as playing 7s) but this is probably to complex and situational to take advantage of in a game.
