This is a speedrun Category designed to test the very limits of your tired and ugly soul, when you have spent 1000 hours in Balatro and crave that sweet sweet feeling from that first good hit.
How this works, is it's based off the meme where Lucille in Arrested Development, having never purchased a banana, incorrectly assumes it would cost $10
However, my dear friends, I present to you an opportunity. With the Inflation challenge in Balatro, we can for reasons unknown, make a Banana cost ten dollars.
The speedrun Category works as follows
- Open Balatro
- Play the Inflation Challenge as many times as needed
- Run ends when you buy a Banana for $10 (both Gros Michel and Cavendish are acceptable)
I'd wish you good luck, but if this is the life you choose, no amount of luck can wash away what you have become.
