If you beat 14 blinds (small, big, or boss blinds) with this Joker in your build, then you instantly win the game. Skipping blinds won't add to the progress of this Joker's effect. You unlock this Joker by beating the game in 8 blinds.

a normal ante 8 run is 24 rounds without skipping

this lets you skip (if yiu get it on ante 1) potentially ante 7 and 8

you play less of the game and cut out the interesting parts of the game

id say later in the run where you have harsher scaling and a more defined strat is when a payoff feels good

and clearing big blind ante 6 and winning would feel really lame

also its like very modded of a concept since nothing in game lets you win early
