Reset everything (except Jokers and Vouchers) after every boss blind (to clarify what resets: deck, hand type upgrades, money, tarot slots, hand size, hands, discards and anything else I forgot about)

I wouldn't say so. Keeping your jokers and their scaling is very benifitial.

if you have scaling jokers, that is

and besides, winning white stake with a level 1 straight (for example) is surely possible if you can carry your enhancements over, but i highly doubt if it's possible without them
