Discards a random card that isn't your most numerous rank in full deck when drawing and draws a replacement. Drawing a replacement does not trigger self.
(If the most common card in your full deck is kings whenever you draw cards it will discard a random nonking card and replace it with draw a new card to replace it.)

So when you discard cards you then draw if any of those cards are a card that isn't your most common rank. Discard a random one of those and draw a new card. The effect does not trigger on the newly drawn card
