You have the effect of this Ante's Voucher without purchasing it. If you buy it, then this Joker doesn't do anything until the shop is restocked. If you have multiple vouchers in the shop, you gain all of the effects.

this would be fine if hieroglyph/whatever hiero's upgrade is called didn't exist

If you roll hieroglyph, it's active until the Ante resets, so you would "replay" that round minus a hand, then regain it after the boss and jump to where you would have been. Unless you buy it, then you would proceed as normal.

lowkey this is just usually worse than not having the voucher

if you want it you buy it but being forced to have magic trick and ruining your shops is really bad
