Effect: Replace the chips and mult of current hand with the ones of your top played hand

[So if you've played 5 pairs, 2 straights and 1 5oak, your base chips and mult will be the ones of the 5oak when playing any other hand]

Alt effect: It's next played tier, so if you've played a pair a flush and a 5oak the pair would have the base of the flush and the flush the base of the 5oak. This way you can still pull the hc with the base of the flush five but most of the time you will only get the base of the next tier or second next

Had the same idea once (https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1413588392918253651). Also liked the idea on the first thought but after thinking about it it's just hc and pair slop.

3 reasons for it to not be pairslop:

• it has to be found early or else pivoting might be hard, even making getting this joker worsen your scoring t'ill you get it online

• You still have to play that high power hand, so if you have a messy unfixed deck (like in a pairslop build) it will be hard to get value out of this joker

• Completely devalues blue seals

still turns your build into pairslop if found ante 1-2

maybe ante 3 too

but it isnt very easy to use

Pivoting is relatively easy as most pair and HC builds take levels for the chips and the immense base chips and amazing scaling of hidden hands quickly overtake even high amounts of pair and HC levels

Playing a high value hand is especially easy as one can unlock flush house with just one suit changer tarot

so only 2 things left i can say to defend this joker are:

If you are barely winning this can be untakable cause you still need at least 2-3 blinds to set it

It does make blue seals useless tho

but those arent very powerful arguments

ig this is more of a situatuonal pairslop joker and nothing else

What if we just made one small change that pivots it in an entirely different direction? All hands score as your most played hand.

i dont think that has any uses, esp if it doesn't include hand type

every time an idea like this shows up the same problem pops up where its high card spam joker

what if it just scored as one hand above it in ranking. so you wouldnt be able to use high card for straight flush

what if it was the "next played tier" instead of next hand type

so if you have 5 hc 3 pairs 2 flushes and 1 5oak

the pair would have the base chips & mult of the flush and the flush would have the chips & mult of the 5oak

so you can still get those straight flushes out of hc but it's significantly harder to do
