Turning stone into steel doesn't update card texture

On desktop steam, I turned a stone card into a steel card but the card texture didn't update, is this a known bug? It does say it's a 9 of hearts now but the texture is missing.

I'm not seeing any open github issues about it, any idea whether it's been fixed yet? (I'm still on 0711a because some of my mods arent compatible with the newest rel)
