it's a common econ joker so i didn't wanna make it too good
maybe just $1 per joker regardless of rarity? that generally lets it be a slightly better golden

max 4 suits, 5 ranks, 5 enhancements, 4 seals, 4 editions? or something like that?
realistically, only two seals are frequently played, getting all 3 aura editions on more than 1 card each is hard, enhancements are usually not that diverse in a deck, and suits/ranks will typically match in poker hands that aren't high cards
so i imagine a typical hand will have about 10 different traits total among its cards -> maybe 0.2x per is better?
