Makes it so that whenever you use a Wheel of Fortune, it plays audio from raxdflipnote's gamblecore meme. Plays corresponding audio for if the roll wins or fails.

yea i made it so when you play the wheel of fortune, it takes a few seconds for the "Let's go gambling!!" to play, then it either fails (BZZZT Aw, dang it!) or succeeds (kaching I can't stop winning!)
my implementation SUCKS though
literally replaces the entire wheel of fortune with a custom one that i modified a little 😭
surely there's a better way to do it using SMOD calculate and contexts

using the new probabilities API we can detect when a chance succeeds or fails
and detect what card rolled that chance
that's what you'd want to use to non obstructively check if wheel hit or not
the other mod uses an edition application context which makes the win sound effect play when you add an edition to anything, which happens to include when wheel hits
