Like how the Black Hole can appear in celestial packs, and Soul can appear in arcana packs, there should be a spectral card for Standard Packs: Glint
Glint: (you can hold this in your consumables like a tarot card) pick 4 cards. Leftmost one gets a Red Seal, next one gets a Blue Seal, then the next one gets a Purple Seal, and the rightmost selected card gets a gold seal. If you pick less than four, the card works normally up to the last card.

spectrals in other packs work like the cards from those packs
