i imagine it would be considered deprecated? it depends on the license and I don't really get what jen does with those since it's jen and all; all in all you shouldn't have issues with keeping it locally, though you would have issues if you reuploaded it to github or something
tl;dr do not redistribute the software without permission from the creator as per rule 5 of #📜・modding-rules and you'll be fine
