Cool idea, but I don't think there's enough discard effects to make it worth using

The only ones I can think of are Purple Seal, Hit the Road, and Ramen (and that's a negative one)

Edit: Castle and Mail-In Rebate as well

youre forgetting:

faceless joker (gives money when discarding 3 or more face cards)
yorick (upgrades its X mult value after discarding enough cards)
trading card (destroys single discarded card and gives money)
green joker (loses 1 mult each discard. obviously not good for this)
castle (adds chips for each discarded card of a random suit)
mail in rebate (5 dollars for each card of specific rank discarded)
burnt joker (level up first discarded hand)

Those happen on discard though, not each discarded card (except for Castle and Rebate I did forget those)

Although maybe I'm just misinterpreting the suggestion
