I don't think Jokers should ever have an effect that activates when another Joker triggers because that feels modded and it's wildly inconsistent between Jokers that normally have a similar power level

There's also too much potential confusion on what counts as a Joker triggering (e.g. for scaling Jokers, do the scaling and the scoring both count, or just one of them?), similar to the reason why matador's being reworked
