This would be kind useful and interesting in my opinion. You can use it to manipulate celestial packs while generating a dollar or two, or you could also guarantee the right planet every 8 hands by using the planet cards. It would also incentivize using the random planets from High Priestess or the shop. Additionally, it would have direct synergy with satellite, constellation, campfire, and gift card.

The funniest thing about this one is it is economically equivalent to golden joker if you play all your hands(not black deck) every round.
