Repeats the previously used planet/tarot/spectral card whenever a new one is used.

The echo effect is applied only after the main one, and only if it's possible. Meaning if you have a tarot that has a card selection requirement, the echo procs only if you have the right cards selected.
Example, you used a Mercury. The echo now contains Mercury.
Then you use a Justice on a card, the card turns to glass, and then you get a Pair level. The echo now contains Justice.
Then you find a Sun, you select three cards, but it's not compatible. You downselect to only 1 card, it's compatible, the card turns to Hearts, then to Glass. The echo contains Sun.
You find a Saturn. The echo is not compatible, since there's no cards selected. If you use it when cards are selectable, instead you use Saturn as normal, and then the three cards selected turn to Hearts.
More particular niche cases would be such as when you have a tarot that requires you to select cards, but you use an Immolate. If the card(s) you selected survive the Immolate, they get the second effect. And then Immolate is in the echo.
