If this has been recommended already then let me add to the idea. There are A LOT of jokers. Have a deck or mode where you can build your pool of jokers to pull from. There would be X amount of jokers you can/have to add, a point system to add jokers to your pool, with each joker rarity having its own amount of points to acquire.

Some kind of Sandbox mod where you can modify probabilities, starting cards in your deck, basically creating your own challenges
