2 Queens must be present for each hanged man drawing for optimal efficiency, making it highly difficult to destroy the queens with only 2 hanged men

getting the hanged men helps you in other ways already though
and you can use this joker to get much more than $40
if you make more queens

Not only does hermit only give +20 if you already have 20, but also you need to take it over another benefit while this is giving you both deckfixing and money in one
There are plenty of times where taking the death or the hung man is worth more than the hermit

Realistically with packs you are also not going to be getting more than one destruction per hanged man and unlike sixth sense, you need to manually destruct instead of it being provided for you.
