Immolate is way too juiced. It's already two and a half hanged men AND a max strength hermit at any initial $, meanwhile some other spectrals that have two effects have a benefit and a drawback.
Making Immolate set your money to $20 (a la Ox and fellow spectral card Wraith) would make it nearly as good in the early stages of the game, while stopping it from always being the immediate first choice in a pack.
