Anyways, I'm pr meh on this. It introduces retriggers to two ranks and an enhancement that otherwise is scarce for retriggers- but also outside of the theming- which is cool- I just don't see myself using this basically ever. Even if I've built into those ranks/enhancement, I'd usually want something else to fill that slot
