Death unable to copy a specific card?

I have a steel queen of hearts, i want to make a copy using a death card, in this case i want to turn my 2 of spades into a steel queen of hearts.
No matter the positioning of my two selected cards, they will always turn into 2 of Spades, whether they are in order 2Q or Q2.
Is this a known bug?

Screenshots provided are of me trying to use death in the instructed manner of left card turns into right card, but the opposite happens, can provide more video if needed

i have explored a bit further and tried copying a gold queen with a blue seal and the bug persists but only with steel or gold queens, all other cards work perfectly
