I’d suggest buffing trading card: it should be able to destroy up to 2 cards. That could be implemented as 2 separate discards of one card each; or as one discard of up to 2 cards. My argument: DNA is roughly comparable to the tarot card Death, so making Trading Card comparable to Hanged Man is ok. Also, with a 52 card deck, the effect of destroying one unwanted card is pretty incremental. Bumping it to 2 cards per use would make it more viable as a deck building tool.
