How did it generate 3 consecutive hallucinations (there was another one but i didn't bother to screenshot it)?

I need to add that in the previous shop i sold a showman for a hallucination

I don't know the exact conditions for this to occur, but essentially what you said in the "I need to add" sentence is the reason this happens. This is a known issue
