The Brutal City is based off of the Project Moon Universe, mainly the Fixer Offices and Syndicate portion of it.

What do each of the Jokers do?

Middle Little Sibling - 75% chance for 10x Mult and Chips, 25% chance for 30x instead.

Middle Middle Sibling - 50% chance for 30x Mult and Chips, 25% chance for 60x, 15% for ^1.5, 10% for ^2

Middle Big Sibling - 50% chance for ^2, 25% chance for ^3, 15% chance for ^5, 10% chance for ^10.

Ricardo - 100x Mult and Chips, at the final moment, before Mult and Chips combine, ^100 for both.

The Book of Vengence - 25% chance to spawn a Middle Little Sibling at the end of the round.

Hair Coupon - Fusion Component.

Index Syndicate (or as much as I can get of it...)
Proselyte - Uncommon, 50% chance for either 60x Mult or Chips.
Proxy - Rare, 50% chance for either 100x Mult or Chips
Messenger - Very Rare, 50% chance for either 150x Mult or chips.
Reaper of The Index - Mythological, same as Brawler and Hunter.

There's not much on the PM wikis about the index other than Proxy, Proselyte, and the mention of Messengers.

I'll try and make something to give it more and put it on equal footing of the other syndicates
except pinky, there's no info on them past a few characters.
