Gives xMULT based on the sell value of all other jokers (but maybe not consumables unless you want some broken synergy with Perkeo). The rate of exchange for dollars to xmult would surely have to be tweaked a lot, so I'm not even going to attempt to speculate about what a good value would be.

Making jokers based off other jokers isn't good. And before anyone says "well jolly joker and sly joker are based of each other"
the game gives quantity we suggest quality
