+0.1(8+5+5+5)x mult or +2.3x mult, with a base of 1, this is 3.3x mult, but with worse luck when discarding
+0.1(8+4+3+4) or +1.9/2.9x mult
Do you see the problem, at base this is almost always "3x of you've used all discards" or driver's license + mystic summit.
