During Boss Blinds, each hand played will destroy a joker that gives mult/chips and add double what it gave to Skelton's count (Example: If a Cavendish was destroyed by Skelton, Skelton would then permanently give 6x mult)

For those wondering, Tom Skelton was a famous murderer during the 1600's, and was known for deceiving people, bashing heads in, and purposefully leading them towards quicksand pits whilst also being a jester for Muncaster Castle.
