Effects: All +Mult is replaced with XMult. (more specifically, Mult/10 = XMult, so +12 mult is 1.2x Mult, 20 Mult is 2x, etc. If it's something like +7 Mult, rather than being literal negative XMult, it'll just be 1x.)

if it really turns +Mult to xMult/10 it would be x0.3 for Red Card, which is similar scaling to Constellation.
And linear scaling does fall off at some point.
