the one that says "x0.5" does exactly what it says on the card itself.
x0.5 mult. the only problem with it is that it always spawns eternal
It's called the Impeder
because it "Impedes scoring" by a little bit
I should probably make a stronger version called "Hindrance" that takes the square root instead
