Idea for joker that made a Spectral card with a 1 in 7 chance of activation for every hand is dealt. It's like spaceman but for spectral card with a balancing gimmick that's mimicking the periodic of Halley's comet that only comes around earth every 7 decade. I think it's a pretty balance joker for like an early run uncommon or something. What do you guys think?
