I get you point, didn't realize that this was like that. more thought of it as everything Is a Spectral/baffoon/acarna/planet pack. So no soul or black hole. Understood

Soul can spawn with Omen Globe, but Soul can spawn either way in Tarots

Omen Globe doesn't affect soul or blackhole spawns at all

This joker just makes packs the same.
Are the chances for spectral cards lower or playing cards higher?

Qwerty is right. But I don't blame you, it's 5 times rarer than a legendary, only after you get Omen globe
0.3% for black hole
20% for spectral
