Template Joker-xchips based on number of held jokers times number of joker slots(ill prob find a better way to phrase this) Joker_File - sell this joker to create 2 random rare jokers

next joker added: Inspiration(art wip)

a sort of bluebrint/brainstorm type joker, debuffs the joker directly to the right of it copies the joker 2 spaces to the right of it

i might change it to copies the joker directly to the left instead of 2 spaces to the right
