Potential bug I've been getting frequently relating to "+1 X per round" Jokers, decks, and vouchers.

I've noticed that whenever I do a run with a deck that is supposed to give +1 hand/discard per round, purchase a voucher that does something similar or used Jokers like The Drunkard I do not actually receive a extra of whichever except for at the start of the run (deck) or whenever I acquire it (Drunkard, other similar jokers, and vouchers). Just wondering whether or not this is a bug and thought I'd report it. Thank you for your time and the game.

The wording does say +1 per round, but it is only meant to mean +1 for the run. Say you had 4 Discards, +1 discard per round would just mean 5 for the whole run

The wording has been discussed in the past but likely won't change
