kinda like a normal deck but easier access to rares
joker slots don't matter too much at the start of the run
where you can get a run defining rare
and you dont need 5 slots with an early, yet accessible rare joker

I've never been. Fan of changing joker odds, but a deck fits it better. But painted deck has the same drawback, which brings this down
