I would rewrite it using rocket as a guideline

it is already an end of round Joker, so specifying "besides apple money earn" seems clunky and unnecessary because it only applies to small blinds with no interest, besides that instance every single round will give you money and descale it once

also I assume the money would be like rocket and not like gold cards

if I was going to balance it as well as reword it I would make it like $15
